Who we are

The data controller is Paolo Parodi, trading as Paolo Painting, London (paolopainting.co.uk). Contact: paolonewage@gmail.com.

What we collect

The calculator runs in your browser and does not store your room details. If you ask for a quote, we collect your name, email, phone number (optional), postcode, message, and the estimate you produced.

Why we use it

Only to respond to your quote request and arrange a painting and decorating quote. Our lawful basis is your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)) and steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).

Who we share it with

If Paolo Painting cannot take on your job (for example, because of location or timing), we may share your request with one vetted local decorator, and only because you ticked the consent box. We never sell your details to lists or share them with more than one decorator. Our email and web hosting providers process the data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Up to 12 months from your request, then it is deleted, unless you become a customer, in which case normal business record rules apply.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent at any time, by emailing paolonewage@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
